Holding an event at gofod3 is a cost-effective way to reach a varied audience. Whether you want to organise a panel debate, workshop, focus group, keynote address or campaign launch, this is the space for you.

We want to ensure you get the most from gofod3 and that the event not only meets your expectations but exceeds them.

We’re looking for events that will encourage different ways of working, provoke debate and inspire change so instead of allocating space on a first come first served basis, we’re seeking events that will contribute to making gofod3 the best it possibly can be for visitors.

Event space is charged by the hour, but we are flexible in terms of duration of events. If you require a longer slot or would like to add catering options, please contact us on 0300 111 0124 or helo@gofod3.cymru to discuss before submitting your application form.

If you would like to apply for an event space at gofod3, please complete an online application by 22 March 2024. (NB: incomplete applications will not be considered).

We will let you know the outcome of your application by 15 April 2024.

Each event space holder will receive:

• listing in event guide advertising your organisation’s event
• organisation name and link on gofod3 website and general event publicity
• simultaneous translation (Welsh/English) if required
• full AV package, including laptop, projector, screen and flipchart
• assistance with event room setup, registration and participant list management on the day
